• A comprehensive intake form and 24 hour log (milk, food, settles, resettles, daily activities etc) to be completed by parents.

• A mini revised sleep plan for your baby/child covering routine changes, sleep environment, settle and resettle approach and a troubleshooting guide for how to navigate the day/night when things don’t go to plan

• 2 x 15 minute phone consultations. The 1st will be upon receiving your revised mini plan, the second will be 1 week after you have implemented the new recommendations so that we can discuss your baby/child’s progress.
